Chennai - chances remote..

looks like chances are remote of a match in madras 2moro..it has been raining almost the whole day..
like venkat said once famously "if the sunshines the whole night there are chances of play 2moro"
but since its a day nit, people are still hoping..
I wud say its almost ruled out..

Btw that lands me in to another doubt - what is that a Warne or Mark Waugh tell one about the weather than a local from the venue?? and why those 1000s of $:-)
