Sewage and Madras

oh! actually we dont need that conjunction there aint?
sewage and Madras are inseparable..
9 months in a year Madras is on sewage and rest 3 months sewage is on Madras!(or is it all over?)
oh man! now its monsoon out here..its raining incessantly and u know how it is here..

    Sewage the pride of Madrasis, is now available in even the smallest villages in Tamil Nadu. A level ditch, running from one end of the village to the other, never drains, and is always filled with a rich, black mix of god knows what. Often bleach and lime are added to the mix. Mosquitoes are the only things that survive in these ditches. Part of the PURA initiative, the modest increase in GDP through building ditches, is supplemented by the mosquito related ancillary industries. This also supports the great rural-to-urban migration. We don't want the studies, done at great cost, that predict exactly how much percentage of the population will migrate to urban slums and when, to go waste.

    anon- nice..thx, but can u etch ur name here please? but i still think most villages are still devoid of drainage and mosquitoes except the one that are near the urban cities..
